Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or downloading binaries from Moset.org (or its affiliated GitHub repositories), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or downloading this software.

2. Experimental Software Status

Moset is a decentralized network intelligence ecosystem in active development (BETA). As such:

• It may contain unpredictable technical failures.
• It may subject the VRAM of your graphics card to prolonged wear, just like any LLM inference environment.
• It requires connectivity with the Local Master Server if bridge configurations are enabled.

3. Hardware and Systems Damage Waiver

Under no circumstances do the maintainers of the Moset ecosystem or its contributors guarantee the hardware integrity of devices where the engine operates. Incorrect compilation of Rust (Tauri) code or LLMs with Pytorch/Candle may generate overheating. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to monitor temperature metrics and intervene if necessary.

4. Privacy and Local Environment

Moset and its models run predominantly locally. Conversations held with locally hosted models and their cache are rigorously stored on the disk of the terminal operated by the user. Moset.org and the Core team do not collect encrypted agent chat history.
